Consultation Session

Cancellation Policy

Consultations are reserved specifically for your business and require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including missed appointments, may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee or require a new booking. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Emergencies, technical difficulties, or other exceptional situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please arrive on time and prepared with any materials or information necessary for the consultation. Late arrival may reduce the available meeting time so that subsequent appointments are not affected. If we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, we will provide as much notice as possible and arrange a new time at no additional cost. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
